Team

7 engineers, 1 marketing, 1 legal advisor, 1 economist and you!

For the past 20 years, members of our team have enjoyed the joy that RO brings to us in both official and private servers.

This year, at the beginning of 2022, Team Organizer Mr. ANDREWS convened seven core members to study the mechanics of Game-Finance, Play-to-earn and the current popular online games on the market. We are looking for the possibilities for Ragnarok Online to combine Game- Finance and Play-to-earn.

After spending our time learning about the current setup of the RO official server and the scalability of the emulator, all of us believe that the current game content and mechanism are mature and rich, based on Ragnarok Online, we looked through the flaws of the game, add more Endgame content and combine the most popular Game-Fi and Play-to-Earn mechanics which will lead the players not only playing the game, but also be able to receive the benefits through the economy that the game naturally generates.

Everyone agrees that time is money, so if the player is willing to spend the time, it is nonsense that they do not get paid.

The money players spend with in-game purchase should be mostly paid to other players who are willing to spend time, energy on the game and players who provide in-game services.

The team develops the game with gaming experience and sustainable economic cycle as a prior.

Our team members has more than 15 years of experience in game development, from the early computer games to later mobile games, from time-based paid games to free games with in-app purchases. We also understand the cost and profit of the entire game development. We know the business model and figures of the game industry and also understand that players who spend money to play games care about the gaming experience. Therefore, our operating model is different from ordinary games, players' consumption of in-game purchases and withdrawal funds (including BUSD and RODT) in the game are stored in a Reserve Pool, and 50% of ROGM (governance token) is cross-held through the Reserve Pool.

Simply put, it's the belief we've always stood for: the money players spend should mostly pay to the players who put in the time and effort for the game!

50% of the revenue obtained by ROGM will be sent into the Reserve Pool, which will make the Reserve Pool to maintain sufficient reserves to ensure the value of RODT and further provide players with the stability of Play-to-Earn revenue.
